Wall Meat Processing is a locally owned and operated butcher shop in Rapid City & Wall South Dakota. Owners Janet Niehaus and Ken Charfauros began operating the plant in 2017. With several members of the Charfauros Family working the operation, they are committed to delivering the highest quality meat with the friendliest service to their customers.
